Jeeves provides corporate cards and expense infrastructure for companies that operate across borders. The problem it addresses is mundane and expensive: a business running payroll in one country, paying vendors in a second, and holding revenue in a third typically stitches together local bank accounts, multiple card programs, and manual reconciliation, absorbing foreign exchange spread and days of float at every hop. Jeeves consolidates spend, credit, and multi-currency settlement into one account so finance teams can operate internationally without assembling a country-by-country stack.

The wedge is credit underwriting in markets where traditional issuers see thin files and decline, while the retention comes from expense management and reconciliation that finance teams touch daily. Backed since 2021 and most recently valued at 2.1 billion dollars, Jeeves has scaled across Latin America, North America, and Europe. It is a deep-domain business: the moat is regulatory coverage, local banking relationships, and underwriting data rather than interface design. That combination is difficult to assemble and, once assembled, difficult for a newer entrant to reproduce market by market.
